Two Finished Pieces & Knitting for Barbie

Must remember that last photos added end up first! So I'll start with the painting first after all.... As promised, after two years of working on these on and off, they are finally finished. The top photo is a little washed out, the one below is more accurate. Below is "My Mother, Myself". The one above is not titled as of yet. The wall is interesting. I started peeling off the nursery wall paper, from the previous owners. No longer a nursery though, it is my art studio. The lathe and plaster wall is exposed with possibly 100+ year old blue and green flaky (lead) paint. Hmmm, to paint white, or to leave them.
Knitting for Barbie with instructions and original yarn and needles! This was my fun find for today. OK, just one of them because I also picked up four old windows with divided panes too. The were standing against a barn for years, and I had my eye on them for years. Now the place is for sale, so I asked the caretaker about them and she said the first person who asked was to be given the windows!! I plan on using them on my future greenhouse. Well, back to Barbie, I couldn't find anything quite like it on Ebay or on a google search. I'll be listing it on ebay Sunday evening as "vintage knitting for barbie".
